Membership FAQ

Everything about joining, the free trial, billing, cancelling, and how AI is used inside Daily AI Productivity. Still unsure? Start the trial and see for yourself — you are never charged in the first seven days.

Membership

What do I get as a member?
Weekly office hours you can join live or watch back, a members-only community feed, four learning paths (AI foundations and prompting, workflows and automation, vibe coding and AI-assisted development, and staying current), an AI helper that answers questions using the community's own material, a weekday AI tip archive, curated AI news and tool notes, and a library of guides, templates, prompt packs and checklists.
Who is this for?
Professionals who want to apply AI in their actual job — not researchers and not developers only. If you write, plan, sell, manage, support customers or run operations, the material is built for your work.
Do I need to be technical?
No. Most of the material is prompting, workflows and automation you can use without writing code. The vibe coding track goes further for anyone who wants to build small tools, and it starts from zero.
How much time does it take?
A tip a day takes two minutes. Office hours run about an hour a week. The learning paths are self-paced, so you can go as fast or as slow as you like.

Free trial and billing

How does the 7-day free trial work?
You start a membership with a card on file and are not charged for the first seven days. During the trial you can join office hours, take part in the community, follow the learning paths and read the daily tips. The resource library — guides, templates, prompt packs and downloads — opens when your paid membership begins.
What does membership cost?
$49 per month. There is one plan and one price — no tiers, no add-ons, no setup fee.
When am I charged?
The first charge lands the day your free trial ends, then on the same date each month until you cancel. Your renewal date is always shown on your billing page.
How are payments handled?
Payments and card details are handled by Stripe, our payment processor. Card numbers never reach this site and are never stored by us.
What happens if a payment fails?
Stripe retries the payment automatically over a few days and you will see a notice on your billing page. Your access stays on while it retries. If every attempt fails, the membership is cancelled and you can restart any time by updating your card.
Can I get an invoice or receipt?
Yes. Open Billing in the member menu and use the payment portal — every receipt and invoice is there, and you can update your card or billing details in the same place.

Cancelling

How do I cancel?
Go to Billing in the member menu and cancel there — no email required, no retention call. You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
If I cancel during the trial, am I charged?
No. Cancel any time in the first seven days and you are never charged.
Do you give refunds?
We do not refund part-used months, because you can cancel before any renewal. If you were charged in error or something went wrong, message us from the Contact page and we will sort it out.
What happens to my posts if I leave?
Your discussions and comments stay in the community so conversations still make sense to other members. Ask us from the Contact page if you want your account and profile removed and we will delete them.
Can I come back later?
Yes. Sign in and restart your membership from the billing page. Your profile and history are still there. The free trial applies to first-time members only, so a restart begins as a paid month.

How we use AI

What does the Ask the AI feature do?
You ask a question in plain language and it answers using the community's guides, sessions and discussions, then links to the material it drew on. It is there to point you at the right thing quickly and give you a prompt you can use straight away.
Where does my question go?
Your question is sent to an AI model provider to generate the answer. Please do not include confidential, personal or client-identifying information in your questions.
Is the AI answer always right?
No. AI answers can be wrong or out of date, so treat them as a starting point and check anything that matters before you act on it. The same goes for the guides and tips — they are education, not professional, legal or financial advice.
Do you train AI models on my content?
No. We do not sell your content and we do not use your posts or questions to train AI models.
Which AI tools do I need to pay for?
None to take part. The material works with the free tiers of the common assistants; where a paid tool genuinely changes the outcome, we say so and give you a free alternative where one exists.

Privacy and email

Who can see my profile?
Signed-in members can see your name, photo, bio, role and interests in the member directory. Your email address and personal calendar link are never shown to other members. Nothing about your profile is public on the web.
What emails will I get?
Only what you choose. Inside the app you can turn on the weekday AI tip and reminders before office hours, and turn them off again at any time. Account emails — sign-in, password reset, payment receipts — are always sent.

Still have a question?

Members can message the community owner directly from the Contact page inside the app. Before joining, see the terms of service and privacy policy.
