Who we are

Daily AI Productivity publishes practical AI productivity tips, prompts, workflows, and resources. This page explains what we collect when you use the site and what we do with it.

What we collect

• Account data. Your email address, display name, and avatar (if you sign in with Google), plus the goals, role, and AI platforms you choose during onboarding.
• Product activity. Saved prompts, completed tips and challenges, streaks, badges, and resource downloads — used to personalize your dashboard.
• Newsletter data. Your email address, signup source, and delivery events (delivered, bounced, unsubscribed) if you subscribe.
• Billing data. If you subscribe to a paid plan, our payment processor handles your card details. We store only your subscription status, plan, and renewal dates — never card numbers.

How we use it

To run your account, personalize recommendations, deliver the newsletter and transactional emails you asked for, manage subscriptions and entitlements, and keep the service secure (including spam and abuse prevention on signup forms).

Service providers

We rely on third parties to operate the product: hosting and database/authentication infrastructure, an email delivery provider for newsletter and account emails, and a payment processor for subscriptions. They process data only to provide these services to us.

Email and unsubscribing

Every newsletter email includes a one-click unsubscribe link. Unsubscribes and bounces are recorded and suppressed, so we will not email that address again unless you resubscribe. Account and billing emails are transactional and are sent only when required.

Data retention and deletion

We keep account data while your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us, and we will remove it except where we must retain records for legal or accounting reasons.

Your choices

You can update your profile and preferences from your account page, unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time, cancel a paid plan from the billing section, and request a copy or deletion of your data.
