Daily AI Productivity is a private membership community. This policy explains the information we collect, why we use it, and the choices available to you when you use the website and member community.
Information we collect
We collect the name and email address you provide when creating an account. Your member profile may also include a photo, biography, role, company, location, AI interests and learning goal. We record community activity needed to provide the service, including posts, comments, reactions, event RSVPs, resources viewed or downloaded, and onboarding progress.
How we use information
We use this information to operate your account, control membership access, display your profile and contributions to other members, manage event attendance, provide support, moderate the community, improve our content, and communicate about your membership and sessions you join.
Payments and service providers
Payments are processed by Stripe. Daily AI Productivity does not receive or store your complete card number. We retain subscription status, customer references and billing period information so we can manage access. Our hosting, database, authentication and email providers process information only as needed to deliver the service. Questions submitted to the member AI helper are sent to an AI service to generate a response, so you should not include confidential, sensitive or personal information in a question.
Visibility and retention
Member profiles, posts and comments are visible only inside the private community. Administrators can review member content for moderation and support. We keep account, membership and activity records while your account is open and for as long afterward as reasonably necessary for legal, payment, security and record-keeping purposes.
Your choices and rights
You can update your profile from the My Profile page and manage your subscription from the Billing page. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your account information, subject to records we must retain. Use the Contact page while signed in to send a privacy request to the community owner.
Security
We use access controls and service providers designed to protect member information. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, so members should use a unique password and avoid posting confidential information in the community.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the service changes. The effective date above will be revised when material changes are published.
