These terms govern your use of Daily AI Productivity. By creating an account or starting a membership, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy.
Account and membership
You must provide accurate account information and keep your sign-in details secure. Membership is for one named person and may not be shared. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and must notify us if you believe it has been used without permission.
Free trial, billing and cancellation
Eligible new members receive a seven-day free trial. The trial includes the community, learning paths and weekly office hours; the resource library becomes available when paid membership begins. Unless you cancel during the trial, your payment method is charged $49 when the trial ends and monthly afterward until cancellation. You can cancel from the Billing page. Cancellation stops future renewal charges, and paid access continues through the current billing period. Fees already paid are not refunded except where required by law.
Failed payments and access
If a payment fails, we or our payment provider may retry the charge and ask you to update your payment method. Access may be restricted when a subscription expires, remains unpaid or is otherwise inactive. Administrators retain access needed to manage the community.
Community conduct
Members must be respectful and may not post unlawful, abusive, deceptive, infringing, malicious or unsolicited promotional content. Do not share another person's private information without permission. We may hide or remove content, restrict features, or suspend or end an account when necessary to protect members or enforce these terms.
Content ownership
You retain ownership of content you post. You give Daily AI Productivity permission to store, display and moderate that content as needed to operate the community. Membership resources are provided for your personal and professional use and may not be resold, republished or distributed outside the membership without permission.
Educational information and AI tools
Community content and AI-generated answers are educational and may be incomplete or incorrect. They are not legal, financial, medical or other professional advice. You are responsible for reviewing outputs, protecting confidential information and deciding whether a workflow, prompt, tool or generated result is suitable for your work.
Availability and changes
We may update content, schedules and features, and may temporarily interrupt access for maintenance or security. We may update these terms as the service changes. Continued use after revised terms are published means you accept the revised terms.
Ending your account
You may stop using the service at any time and cancel billing from the Billing page. To request account deletion or ask a question about these terms, use the Contact page while signed in. Provisions concerning payment obligations, ownership, acceptable use and limitations remain effective where their nature requires it.
