Daily AI Productivity is operated by Flatirons Creative Studio. If a Pro or Team plan is not right for you, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date — no explanation required. This applies to the initial purchase and to each renewal charge within its own 30-day window.
How to request a refund
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com, the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle handles billing, returns, and customer service enquiries for purchases. To request a refund, visit paddle.net with the email address you used at checkout, or contact us through our About page and we will pass the request on. Refunds are returned to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days of approval.
Cancelling versus refunding
Cancelling a plan from your account page stops future renewals and keeps your access until the end of the period you have already paid for. A refund is separate: it returns money for a charge that has already been taken. You can do either, or both.
Beyond 30 days
We still look at requests made after 30 days — for example duplicate charges, a renewal you did not intend, or a billing error — and will work with Paddle to put things right. Statutory refund rights in your country always apply in addition to this policy. See also Paddle's refund policy.
